Welcome to Milaf. These Terms of Service apply to your use of our online store and to purchases made from Milaf. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms together with our other published store policies.

Products and Orders

We make every effort to present our products, colors, fabrics, measurements, and details as accurately as possible. Slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photography.

Please review all product details, sizing information, colors, and order selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Milaf reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or incorrect order information. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Made-to-Order Items

Milaf pieces are made to order unless otherwise stated.

Once production has begun, changes, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference are not accepted, except where required by applicable law.

Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our store are shown in AED unless otherwise stated.

The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before your order is confirmed.

Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed or another payment arrangement has been expressly agreed with Milaf.

Shipping and Delivery

Preparation and delivery times may vary because Milaf pieces are made to order.

Delivery estimates are provided as estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Product Availability

Products, fabrics, colors, or other options may become unavailable without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products where necessary.

If an unavailable item affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you regarding the available options.

All content appearing on the Milaf website, including our name, logo, photographs, product designs, graphics, written content, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Milaf unless otherwise stated.

Content from our website may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.

شروط الخدمة

مرحبًا بكم في مِلاف. تنطبق شروط الخدمة هذه على استخدامكم لمتجرنا الإلكتروني وعلى الطلبات التي يتم شراؤها من مِلاف. عند تقديم طلب، فإنكم توافقون على هذه الشروط بالإضافة إلى السياسات الأخرى المنشورة في متجرنا.

المنتجات والطلبات

نحرص على عرض المنتجات والألوان والأقمشة والمقاسات والتفاصيل بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة. وقد تظهر اختلافات بسيطة في الألوان نتيجة إعدادات الشاشة أو الإضاءة أو التصوير.

يرجى مراجعة جميع تفاصيل المنتج والمقاسات والألوان وخيارات الطلب بعناية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

تحتفظ مِلاف بالحق في رفض أو إلغاء الطلب عند الضرورة، بما في ذلك حالات الخطأ في السعر، أو الاشتباه بعملية احتيالية، أو عدم توفر المنتج، أو وجود معلومات غير صحيحة في الطلب. وفي حال تم تحصيل المبلغ لطلب تم إلغاؤه من قبلنا، فسيتم إعادة المبلغ المستحق.

القطع المصنوعة حسب الطلب

تُصنع قطع مِلاف حسب الطلب ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

بعد بدء عملية الإنتاج، لا نقبل التعديل أو الإلغاء أو الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ بسبب تغيير الرأي أو اختيار مقاس غير مناسب أو التفضيلات الشخصية، وذلك ما لم ينص القانون المعمول به على خلاف ذلك.

الأسعار والدفع

جميع الأسعار المعروضة في المتجر بالدرهم الإماراتي ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

يظهر إجمالي المبلغ المستحق، بما في ذلك أي رسوم توصيل مطبقة، قبل تأكيد الطلب.

لا يُعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا إلا بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح أو الاتفاق صراحةً مع مِلاف على طريقة دفع أخرى.

الشحن والتوصيل

قد تختلف مدة التجهيز والتوصيل نظرًا لأن قطع مِلاف تُصنع حسب الطلب.

تعتبر مواعيد التوصيل المذكورة تقديرية وقد تتأثر بظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا المعقولة.

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية إدخال بيانات التواصل وعنوان التوصيل بشكل صحيح.

توفر المنتجات

قد تصبح بعض المنتجات أو الأقمشة أو الألوان أو الخيارات غير متوفرة دون إشعار مسبق. ونحتفظ بالحق في تحديد الكميات أو إيقاف بعض المنتجات عند الحاجة.

إذا أثر عدم توفر أحد الخيارات على طلب تم تقديمه بالفعل، فسنتواصل معكم لعرض الخيارات المتاحة.

الملكية الفكرية

جميع المحتويات المعروضة على موقع مِلاف، بما في ذلك الاسم والشعار والصور وتصاميم المنتجات والرسومات والنصوص والهوية البصرية، مملوكة لمِلاف أو مرخصة لها ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

لا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أو استخدام محتوى الموقع لأغراض تجارية دون الحصول على إذن مسبق.

استخدام الموقع

يوافق المستخدم على عدم استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني أو احتيالي أو ضار أو غير مصرح به، أو بأي طريقة قد تؤثر على تشغيل المتجر أو أمانه.

الأخطاء والتحديثات

يجوز لنا تصحيح أي أخطاء أو معلومات غير دقيقة أو ناقصة في الموقع، وتحديث معلومات المنتجات أو الأسعار أو أي محتوى آخر عند الحاجة.

إذا كان الخطأ يؤثر بشكل جوهري على طلب تم تقديمه، فسنتواصل مع العميل قبل المتابعة متى كان ذلك مناسبًا.

لا تهدف أي من هذه الشروط إلى إلغاء أو تقييد أي حقوق أو تعويضات لا يجوز قانونًا استبعادها بموجب قوانين حماية المستهلك المعمول بها.

وتظل مِلاف مسؤولة عن التزاماتها تجاه العملاء وفقًا لما يقتضيه القانون.

تعديل الشروط

قد نقوم بتحديث شروط الخدمة من وقت لآخر. وتطبق النسخة المنشورة على الموقع وقت تقديم الطلب على ذلك الطلب، ما لم يقتضِ القانون خلاف ذلك.

القانون المعمول به

تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، دون المساس بأي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك يقررها القانون.
